1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Tic Tac Toe: XO No Draw mobile app, board game, published for iPhone and iPad. Downloading or using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Licence of use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, disassemble, modify or redistribute the app, nor extract its data or content for reuse in another product.
3. Free version and advertising
The app is free and funded by advertising. Ads may be shown between rounds. They are served by Google AdMob: the publisher does not choose their content.
4. Availability
The app is provided "as is". The publisher does not warrant that it will be error-free or available without interruption, and reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features, in particular as operating systems or the third-party services it relies on evolve.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer-law protections remain available to the user in all cases.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, visual identity, text and code are protected by copyright.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
